They have a gap of 17 points to the number 2 Olympique Lyonnais, with two matches to go. They reached the 100 goals mark a few weeks ago and lost only one match.

Coupe de la Ligue

The Coupe de la Ligue victory was PSG’s first trophy of 2018. They won this trophy for the fifth consecutive time. The final was an exciting match against AS Monaco, which was won by PSG with 3-0. On the road to the final they beat Strasbourg, Amiens and Rennes.

Throphee des Champions

The annual season opener was the Super Cup match against As Monaco. Monaco played this match as Ligue 1 champions, while PSG reached it after winning the Coupe de France. As Monaco took the lead in this match, but it was PSG who set things right in the second half. Goals by Dani Alves and Adrien Rabiot both scored a goal to turn the score.
