The most battles in the Premier League are already played. Manchester City will win the league, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur will finish in the top four. West Bromwich Albion is the first team to relegate to the Championship. The real battle in the Premier League is Kevin de Bruyne versus Mohamed Salah. Which of these players will win the PFA Players of the Year award.

FPA: Kevin de Bruyne versus Mohamed Salah

There are only two serious contenders for the PFA Player of the Year award. Free bets can be placed on both players! Manchester City player Kevin de Bruyne is one of them. Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is the other. I’m going to be very honest with you, in the first half of this season there was only one serious contender to win this trophy in my opinion. Kevin de Bruyne scores important goals, gives the most beautiful assists and is the start of almost every dangerous attack for the Champions elect.

The second half of this season however made me doubt. The things Mohamed Salah is showing are incredible. He scores goals for fun, the one even more beautiful than the other. He scored 29 Premier League goals to date and will likely to win the Premier League golden booth this season. That’s quite an accomplishment in his first Premier League season for Liverpool and with the likes of Harry Kane, Alvaro Morata, Sergio Aguero and Romelu Lukaku as competitors.

I know this award is about the Premier League performances, but I would like to make my decision after the Champions League quarter final.
